Frequently asked questions

Before adding the bot

Still have a question?

What is available for free?

The free plan has no time limit. It includes basic settings and commands, one ticket system, one form and up to two simple automations. See the pricing page for limits and VIP features.

Which permissions does the bot need?

The current invite requests Administrator permission. Setup requires the server owner or a member with Manage Server or Administrator permission. The ASHORO role must be above the roles it manages.

How do I add the bot to my server?

Click Add bot, choose your server in Discord and confirm. Then open the web dashboard and enable the features you need.

Which data does ASHORO use?

ASHORO uses your Discord ID and profile, available servers, settings, requests and service logs. The data depends on enabled features. The privacy policy explains its use and storage; the trust centre covers export and deletion.

How do I disable ASHORO?

Disable unwanted modules in the dashboard. To stop the bot completely, remove ASHORO in your Discord server’s member settings. Removing the bot does not delete stored data; the trust centre explains how to request data deletion.

Can I add the bot to an existing server?

Yes. Select your existing server when adding the bot, then choose channels and roles in the dashboard. You do not need to create a new server.

Where can I get help?

Start with the documentation on modules, commands and permissions. If you still need help, visit the ASHORO Discord community or sign in to submit a support request.
